As opposed to the typical garlic you would buy in the grocery store, our garlic provides far more flavor and taste that transcends just your dish. Garlic is one of the world’s oldest vegetables and spices. Used from Russia, Thailand, to Italy, garlic is not simply an ingredient for a recipe. It is an ode to all of the countries that it comes from. By cooking with our garlic, you are tasting the world.

Our favorites
Killarney red is of the Rocambole variety. With it’s classic bold, hot, sweet, and nutty flavor it is a favorite for many chefs and foodies. Because it is so flavorful it can simply be eaten raw, or roasted and sautéed. Killarney Red typically produces 9 cloves per bulb.
Island Rocombole is considered as a true-garlic flavor, making it most well known of the garlic families. Robust, yet moderate in heat, it is true to taste of what one would expect when they eat garlic. Island Rocombole typically produces 8-12 large cloves per bulb.
Lotus is of the asiatic variety. It is very hot when eaten raw, and even still contains its heat when cooked. Lotus produces about 4-8 clover per bulb.
Music Garlic is of the Porcelain variety. Its flavor is sweet yet pungent, and very hot when eaten raw. Because of its aromatic and full bodied taste, it is one of the most well known and sought after varieties. Music typically produces 5 cloves per bulb.
Russian Red has a beautiful purple skin wrapper. It is full in a rich, musky flavor and is very hot when eaten raw. The cloves are wrapped in brown and purple. Russian Red typically produces 6-9 cloves per bulb.
Chesnock Red is of the Purple Stripe variety. It is best used for baking, because it holds its shape and flavor. Awarded by many as the “Best for Baking” garlic contest, this garlic is tender when cooked, with a robust and medium heat pungency. Chesnock Red typically produces about 5 cloves per bulb.
Spanish Roja is of the Rocambole variety. A rich flavor considered as “true garlic”. It is pleasantly hot and spicy. Spanish Roja has beautiful coloring with easy-to-peal cloves making it a favorite among chefs and foodies. Spanish Roja typically produces 8-12 cloves per bulb.
Thai Purple is of the asiatic variety. It is attractive with purple wrappers and a light red mahogany color on the cloves.
German White offers a strong garlic flavor with lingering heat. It is richer and spicier than other garlic varieties. It is a popular choice for Northeast growers.
